Wie funktioniert die Anzahlung von 25%?
You pay 25% to hold the booking. The other 75% is paid to the guide on the day, in cash (euro preferred) or by card if a reader is there. You can also pay the full amount now and take 10% off.
Holen Sie uns vom Hotel ab?
Yes, from the main Hurghada areas: Sheraton Road, El Kawther, El Mamsha, Sahl Hasheesh, and Makadi Bay. Write the hotel name in the booking and we confirm the time on WhatsApp.
Was passiert bei einer Stornierung?
At least 48 hours before the start, cancellation is free. Between 24 and 48 hours we refund half of what you paid. Inside 24 hours, or if you miss the pickup, there is no refund. If we cancel for extreme weather, you get a full refund.
Wie werden die Tiere behandelt?
They work at most four hours a day, get water about every 30 minutes, and see a vet. They follow the normal timetable, and rest only on a day we mark as extreme heat.
Was sollen wir anziehen?
Tragen Sie eine lange Hose. Nehmen Sie ein Getränk mit, wenn Sie möchten. Die Helme bringen wir mit. Es gibt Pferde für Kinder ab 4 Jahren. Ab 1 Jahr kann ein Kind mit einem Familienmitglied oder einem anderen Erwachsenen reiten. Zum Schwimmen ist ein Badeanzug unter der Kleidung praktisch.
