How does the 25% deposit work?
You pay 25% to hold the booking. The other 75% is paid to the guide on the day, in cash (euro preferred) or by card if a reader is there. You can also pay the full amount now and take 10% off.
Do you collect us from the hotel?
Yes, from the main Hurghada areas: Sheraton Road, El Kawther, El Mamsha, Sahl Hasheesh, and Makadi Bay. Write the hotel name in the booking and we confirm the time on WhatsApp.
What if we cancel?
At least 48 hours before the start, cancellation is free. Between 24 and 48 hours we refund half of what you paid. Inside 24 hours, or if you miss the pickup, there is no refund. If we cancel for extreme weather, you get a full refund.
How are the horses and camels treated?
They work at most four hours a day, get water about every 30 minutes, and see a vet. They follow the normal timetable, and rest only on a day we mark as extreme heat.
What should we wear?
Wear long trousers. Bring a drink if you want one. We bring the helmets. There are horses trained for children from 4 years old. From the age of 1, a child can ride with a family member or another adult. For the swim, a swimsuit under your clothes is useful.
