Как работает предоплата 25%?
You pay 25% to hold the booking. The other 75% is paid to the guide on the day, in cash (euro preferred) or by card if a reader is there. You can also pay the full amount now and take 10% off.

Yes, from the main Hurghada areas: Sheraton Road, El Kawther, El Mamsha, Sahl Hasheesh, and Makadi Bay. Write the hotel name in the booking and we confirm the time on WhatsApp.
Что если мы отменим?
At least 48 hours before the start, cancellation is free. Between 24 and 48 hours we refund half of what you paid. Inside 24 hours, or if you miss the pickup, there is no refund. If we cancel for extreme weather, you get a full refund.
Как обращаются с животными?
They work at most four hours a day, get water about every 30 minutes, and see a vet. They follow the normal timetable, and rest only on a day we mark as extreme heat.
Что надеть?
Наденьте длинные брюки. Возьмите напиток, если хотите. Шлемы берём мы. Есть лошади для детей от 4 лет. С 1 года ребёнок может ехать с членом семьи или другим взрослым. Для плавания удобен купальник под одеждой.
