Meeting and pickup
We collect you from your hotel in Hurghada. Usual areas: Sheraton Road, El Kawther, El Mamsha, Sahl Hasheesh, and Makadi Bay. Tell us the hotel name when you book.
We confirm the pickup time on WhatsApp. It depends on the hour you choose.
Before you come
Wear long trousers. Bring a drink if you want one. There are horses trained for children from 4 years old. From the age of 1, a child can ride with a family member or another adult.
Cancellation
Free cancellation if you cancel at least 48 hours before the start time. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before, we refund 50% of what you paid. There is no refund within 24 hours, or if you do not show up. If we cancel because of extreme weather, you receive a full refund.
The remaining balance is paid to your guide on the day of the ride, in cash (euro preferred) or by card if the guide has a card reader.
They work the normal timetable
Horse and camel rides follow the normal timetable. On a day we mark as extreme heat, those rides are closed for the whole day. Quads and buggies stay open.

Do I need riding experience?
No. The guide stays with you the whole ride.
From what age can a child ride?
Horses are trained for children from 4 years old. From the age of 1, a child can ride with a family member or another adult.
What is included in the price?
Photos with your own phone, a guide for the whole ride, a safety helmet, hotel pickup and drop-off, and photos with the horses and camels. Tips, a professional camera, and drinks are not included.
Is there a family price?
Yes, from 5 guests. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you the price. It is not taken off automatically when you book.
What happens on a very hot day?
The normal hours stay open. If the owner marks that day as extreme heat, horse and camel rides close for the whole day. He tells guests on the website and in person.
