What we collect When you book, we store your name, email, phone, hotel, country if you give it, the ride, date, time, number of guests, and the amount calculated on our server. We use that to run the trip and to reach you on WhatsApp or email. Analytics Pages you open are counted on our own server. Without cookie consent we store only a daily code made from your IP address, browser, and a salt that changes every day. We do not keep the IP address or the full browser string. If you accept analytics, a first-party cookie remembers this browser across days, and we store only a hash of that cookie. Raw rows are deleted after 13 months. Daily totals are kept. Cookies See the Cookies page for the name, who sets it, why, the category, and how long it lasts. Legal basis The booking record is needed to perform the trip you asked for. The daily visit count is a legitimate interest in knowing which rides are being read. Analytics that last more than a day, and any marketing tag, run only after you accept that category. You can withdraw that consent at any time. We never sell your data. How long we keep it Booking records stay while we need them for the trip, receipts, and a dispute. Ask us by email if you want a booking deleted and we will remove what we are not required to keep. Raw analytics rows: 13 months. The record of your cookie choice: 3 years, so we can show what you chose. Who else sees it PayPal processes the card payment under its own policy. Hostinger hosts this website. Meta, Google, and TikTok receive a page or purchase event only if that tag is switched on in the admin and you have accepted marketing or analytics. If the ID fields are empty, those tags are off. Your rights You can ask for a copy of your booking, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw cookie consent. Use Cookie settings in the footer, or email the address in the footer. You can also complain to your local data authority. Guest stories If you send a story from Real Days or a ride page, we store your first name, last name, email, phone if you typed one, the trip you choose, a rating, your comment, and the photos or video you upload. A 6-digit email code proves the address. We store that code only as a hash, and it expires after 10 minutes. We store a hash of the network address, not the address itself. The story stays hidden until the team approves it. On the website we show your first name and the first letter of your last name. We never show your email or phone. We keep the story while it is on the site. Email the address in the footer to ask for deletion and we will remove the story, the files, and the guest record. A blocked email cannot send another story.
