Terms

A booking is a request until the deposit is paid. The price you confirm is the price stored on our server for that ride, date, and number of guests. Per-person rides multiply by guests. Buggy prices are for the vehicle. You must meet the age and weight notes on the experience page. Hotel pickup covers the main Hurghada areas listed on each ride. Travel insurance is not included. Follow the guide, especially around horses, camels, and quads.

Cancellation

Free cancellation if you cancel at least 48 hours before the start time. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before, we refund 50% of what you paid. There is no refund within 24 hours, or if you do not show up. If we cancel because of extreme weather, you receive a full refund.

The remaining balance is paid to your guide on the day of the ride, in cash (euro preferred) or by card if the guide has a card reader.
