How does the 25% deposit payment work?
When booking any experience, you can choose to pay 100% upfront or just a 25% deposit. The remaining 75% balance is due before your trip date. We send you a reminder and receipt with all details upon confirmation.
Why can't I book horse riding during the middle of the day?
We operate strict equestrian welfare policies. To safeguard our horses from the intense Egyptian desert sun, horseback riding is completely blacked out between 12:00 and 16:00 during peak heat hours. Rides take place in comfortable morning slots or during late afternoon and sunset.
What is the difference between Dune Dream Duo and Dune Dream Family?
Both are private off-road buggy adventures with flat vehicle rates rather than per-person fees. Dune Dream Duo (€95) accommodates up to 2 guests in a 2-seater buggy. Dune Dream Family (€120) accommodates up to 4 guests in a heavy-duty 4-seater buggy.
Are the €30 and €40 sunset horse rides different?
Yes! Dream Trail Sunset, Desert & Sea (€30) is our classic 2-hour dual-landscape trail covering desert ridges down to the beach. Dream Trail Sunset, Time-Slot Ride (€40) is our premium dedicated evening departure with reserved prime-slot scheduling and custom photo pacing.
How does hotel pickup work?
During checkout, simply provide your resort or hotel name in Hurghada. Our logistics dispatch team will confirm your exact lobby pickup time via WhatsApp prior to departure.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept international cards (Visa, Mastercard) and PayPal. All prices and transactions are processed in EUR (€). We do not accept pay-on-arrival in order to guarantee vehicle reservation and guide scheduling.
