Get Your Dream is an adventure activity company based in Hurghada, Egypt, offering horse riding, camel riding, quad biking, and dune buggy experiences for international tourists.

2. Bookings and Confirmation
- A booking is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from Get Your Dream.
- Online bookings are requests until confirmed by us. We will confirm availability via WhatsApp or email within a reasonable time.
- We reserve the right to decline a booking request for operational or safety reasons.
- You must provide accurate contact details, including a valid WhatsApp number, so we can reach you before your experience.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and are subject to change. The price shown at the time of booking applies.
- Prices are listed on a per-person basis for individual experiences, or per-vehicle for buggy packages. See each experience page for the correct pricing basis.
- A deposit of 25% may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due as agreed at the time of confirmation.
- Payment options currently include PayPal. Other payment methods may be made available at the operator's discretion.
- Payments are processed securely. Get Your Dream does not store card details.
Note: The exact cancellation and refund policy, additional taxes or fees, and any surcharges are subject to confirmation by the operator and will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms will be communicated clearly at the time of booking confirmation. Please contact us directly at admin@getyourdreem.com or on WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
In the event that we must cancel your experience due to weather, safety, animal welfare, or operational reasons, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or a refund.
5. Animal Welfare Policy
- The welfare of our horses and camels is paramount. We do not conduct horse or camel rides during the hottest parts of the day.
- Blackout periods apply during extreme heat. We reserve the right to reschedule time-sensitive rides to protect our animals.
- Guests must follow the instructions of our guides at all times during any animal interaction.
- We do not accept abusive behaviour toward our animals. Any person found mistreating animals will be removed from the activity immediately with no refund.
6. Safety and Participant Responsibilities
- Participants must follow all safety instructions given by Get Your Dream staff.
- Age, weight, health, and fitness restrictions may apply for certain activities. These will be communicated prior to or at the time of booking.
- Participants with medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely should consult a doctor before booking.
- Get Your Dream reserves the right to exclude any person from an activity if, in our judgement, participation would pose a risk to that person, other participants, our staff, or our animals.
- Appropriate footwear and clothing are the responsibility of the participant. Guidance will be provided on request.
7. Liability
Outdoor adventure activities involve inherent risk. Get Your Dream takes all reasonable precautions to ensure participant safety; however, by booking, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.
Get Your Dream is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising from participation in our activities, except where such liability cannot be excluded by applicable Egyptian law.
We strongly recommend that all participants hold valid travel insurance covering adventure activities.
8. Photography and Media
You are welcome to photograph and film your experience for personal use. By accepting these terms, you grant Get Your Dream the right to use any photographs or videos taken by our staff during your experience for marketing purposes, unless you specifically request otherwise before your activity.
9. Force Majeure
Get Your Dream is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, government orders, or public health emergencies.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from or related to a booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Bookings made before any revision remain subject to the terms in force at the time of booking.
